Who We Help

People come to us from all sorts of situations, but almost always with the same question: was this someone else's fault, and can I do anything about it? Below is a full list of the people Injury Law Specialists helps, with what typically falls within each group.

We can consider claims ranging from relatively straightforward cases to serious and complex injuries, and we have a particular interest in cases involving significant injuries, surgery, rehabilitation or substantial financial losses.

Who can make a personal injury claim?

Anyone injured because of someone else's negligence can potentially claim, including drivers, passengers, pedestrians, motorcyclists, cyclists, people injured at work, people injured in public places, victims of violent crime and the families of those who have died in an accident. Whether a claim can be made in your case depends on how the accident happened, the evidence available and when it occurred.

If you do not fit neatly into one of the groups below, that does not mean you cannot claim. These categories are simply how the work tends to fall. A short description of what happened is enough for us to tell you whether your situation is one we can help with.

Not sure which one you are?

Most people who contact us are not sure which description fits them, and that is completely normal. Someone injured as a cyclist may also have a claim about the state of the road. Someone injured at work may also have been let down by a hospital afterwards. A family dealing with a fatal accident may be unsure whether anyone can claim at all.

You do not need to work out the category before getting in touch. Tell us what happened in your own words and we will take it from there.
