Takes about two minutes

Sending this enquiry does not create a solicitor-client relationship and does not guarantee that we can accept your claim. We will review the information you provide and explain the next steps where appropriate. See our Privacy Notice.

How Do I Contact Injury Law Specialists About a Claim?

Contact Injury Law Specialists by calling 01582 415 836, emailing info@injurylawspecialists.co.uk, messaging us on WhatsApp, or completing the enquiry form on this page. A member of the team will review what happened and explain whether you may have grounds to pursue compensation. The initial assessment is free and there is no obligation to proceed.

You do not need to have decided whether to make a claim, and you do not need to have gathered any documents, before you get in touch. Most people contact a solicitor because they are unsure about exactly those things. The first conversation is simply an opportunity to describe what happened in your own words and to be told, plainly, whether a claim may be possible and what the next steps would be.

Injury Law Specialists is a personal injury law firm assisting claimants throughout England and Wales, with a particular interest in serious and complex injury claims. We act for clients remotely as well as in person, so where you live need not be a barrier to obtaining specialist advice.

What Happens After You Contact Us?

They will ask about the accident and your injuries, explain whether a claim may be possible, and set out how it could be funded. Nothing is signed and no charge is incurred at this stage.

Who Provides the Legal Services?

Injury Law Specialists is a marketing and advertising platform and is not a law firm or a provider of regulated legal services. All personal injury legal advice, casework and representation arranged through Injury Law Specialists are provided by MB Solicitors, a trading name of MB Legal Solicitors Ltd, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA ID 8000764.

That distinction matters, and it is worth being clear about it. If you make an enquiry through this page, the information is received and reviewed so that your circumstances can be considered. Where a matter is one that can be taken on, the legal work is carried out by MB Solicitors as a regulated law firm, and it is that firm which is responsible for the advice given and the conduct of the case.

You can find our full regulatory details, including the position on complaints and professional protection, in the links below. Our Complaints Procedure explains what to do if you are unhappy with the service you receive, and our Privacy Notice explains how your information is used, including the health information that an injury enquiry may contain.

Contacting Us: Common Questions

The questions people ask most often before making contact with a personal injury solicitor for the first time.

How do I contact Injury Law Specialists?

+

You can call 01582 415 836 during office hours, email info@injurylawspecialists.co.uk, message us on WhatsApp, or complete the enquiry form on this page. The form asks for your name, telephone number, the type of accident, when it happened and what injury you suffered, and takes about two minutes to complete. If you would rather not describe your circumstances online, telephoning is the quickest way to speak to someone.

Do you have an office I can visit?

+

Injury Law Specialists has one registered office, at Unit 16, Titan Court, Laporte Way, Luton, England, LU4 8EF. We do not claim to have offices anywhere else, and we do not have branches in the towns and counties we serve. Cases are handled by telephone, email, WhatsApp and video call, which is how most clients prefer to deal with us, and where a face-to-face meeting is genuinely needed a client can be seen at a convenient location.

Is the initial contact free?

+

Yes. An initial assessment of your circumstances is free and there is no obligation to proceed. We will consider what happened, who may have been responsible, whether further evidence is likely to be available and how a claim might be funded, and then explain the possible next steps. Contacting us does not commit you to anything.

Can I make a claim on a No Win No Fee basis?

+

Suitable cases may be accepted under a Conditional Fee Agreement, commonly called No Win No Fee, subject to an assessment of liability, the evidence, the prospects of success and proportionality. If the claim does not succeed you generally do not pay our basic legal fees, and if it does a success fee may be payable. In many personal injury claims the applicable legal cap is 25% of the relevant categories of damages including VAT. We will explain the funding arrangements in full, in writing, before you decide whether to proceed.

How long will it take you to respond to my enquiry?

+

We aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as we reasonably can, normally the same working day and usually within one working day. If you contact us outside office hours, we will pick your enquiry up on the next working day. If your matter is urgent, telephoning is better than using the form, because a member of the team can speak to you straight away.

What information should I have ready when I call?

+

It helps to have the date and rough time of the accident, where it happened, a short description of what occurred, the name of anyone else involved, details of any witnesses, whether the police or an employer was notified, and what injury you suffered and any treatment you have had. It is not essential to have all of this ready, and you are not expected to have assembled any documents at this stage — the purpose of the first conversation is simply to understand what happened.

Do I need to know whether I have a claim before contacting you?

+

No, and most people do not. Many people contact a solicitor precisely because they are unsure whether they have a claim at all, whether someone else was at fault, or whether they are still in time to bring one. Those are the questions an initial assessment is designed to answer. You do not need to understand the law before getting in touch.

Can I contact you if my accident happened outside England and Wales?

+

Please tell us where the accident happened when you get in touch. Injury Law Specialists assists claimants in relation to personal injury claims governed by the law of England and Wales. Where an accident happened abroad, or where the circumstances involve another legal system, different rules on jurisdiction, applicable law and limitation periods can apply, and the position needs to be considered on the facts. We will tell you plainly if a matter falls outside what we can properly take on.

How long do I have to make a personal injury claim?

+

For many personal injury claims in England and Wales, the general limitation period is three years from the date of the accident, or from your later date of knowledge where that applies. Different rules can apply to children, to people who lack mental capacity, and to fatal accident and criminal injury claims. Because time can run out, it is worth seeking advice as early as possible rather than waiting to see how an injury settles.

Is my information kept confidential?

+

Yes. Information you send through the enquiry form is transmitted securely and treated as sensitive, because it may include information about your health. We do not pass the contents of your enquiry to advertising or analytics platforms. Please see our Privacy Notice for full details of how information is collected, used and retained, and how to exercise your rights.

Not Sure Whether You Have a Claim?

You do not need to understand the law before contacting us. Tell us what happened and a member of the team will explain whether you may have grounds to claim, what evidence would be needed and how the process works. The assessment is free, and there is no obligation to proceed.

Prefer to write it down? You can also send us an enquiry and we will come back to you, normally within one working day.
