Terms of Website Use

These terms set out the basis on which you may access and use this website. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Please read these terms carefully

This website provides general information only. It is not legal advice and using it does not create a solicitor-client relationship. These terms contain limitations on our liability and an exclusive jurisdiction clause. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance or a promise that a claim can be taken on.

1. About these terms

These terms of use govern your access to and use of this website. They apply alongside, and should be read together with, our Legal Disclaimer, our Privacy Notice and our Cookie Notice.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this website, Injury Law Specialists, and "you" refers to the person accessing the website. This website is a marketing and advertising platform operated by Injury Law Specialists, which is not a law firm. The legal services advertised on it are provided by MB Solicitors, a trading name of MB Legal Solicitors Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA ID 8000764. Full details are set out in our Regulatory Information.

We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. You should check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our website.

2. Access to this website

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on it without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We may restrict access to some parts of the website, or the whole website, to users who have registered with us, where applicable. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the website and for ensuring that all persons who access it through your internet connection are aware of these terms and comply with them.

It is your responsibility to take your own precautions against viruses and other harmful material that may affect your computer equipment, programs and data. You should use your own virus protection software.

3. No legal advice and no solicitor-client relationship

The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, it is not tailored to your circumstances, and it should not be relied upon or treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor.

Accessing this website, reading its content or submitting an enquiry through it does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and us, or between you and MB Legal Solicitors Ltd. A solicitor-client relationship is created only when a firm has confirmed in writing that it will act for you and the terms of that engagement have been agreed. Until then, no duty of care is owed to you in respect of the content of this website, and no legal professional privilege attaches to information you send us.

Submitting an enquiry does not stop or extend any limitation period or other deadline, and does not guarantee that a claim can be accepted. Any solicitor-client relationship arising from an enquiry will be directly between you and MB Legal Solicitors Ltd.

4. Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • use the website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
  • use the website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
  • transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, or any form of spam;
  • knowingly transmit any data, or send or upload any material containing viruses, trojans or other harmful programs designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
  • attack the website by means of a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack;
  • reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of the website in contravention of the provisions of these terms;
  • submit false, misleading or vexatious enquiries, or impersonate another person when contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, and take such other action as we consider appropriate, where we reasonably believe you have breached these provisions. We may also report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate with them by disclosing your identity to them.

5. Enquiry forms and information you submit

If you submit information through an enquiry form on this website, you confirm that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are entitled to provide it.

Please do not submit confidential, privileged or time-critical material through this website, and never send passwords, bank or payment card details, National Insurance numbers or security codes. Information you submit before a solicitor-client relationship is confirmed is not protected by legal professional privilege.

Information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Because enquiries may include health information, we treat submissions as sensitive personal data and minimise what we collect.

6. Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in this website, and in the material published on it, including the design, text, graphics and layout. Those works are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page or pages from the website for your personal reference, and you may draw the attention of others to material posted on the website. You must not modify the copies of any materials you have printed or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

You must not use any part of the materials on this website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. Our status as the authors of material on the website must always be acknowledged. If you print off, copy or download any part of the website in breach of these terms, your right to use the website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

7. Links to and from other websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including official sources such as legislation.gov.uk, GOV.UK, the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the NHS. Such links are provided for your information only and do not imply endorsement of, or association with, those websites.

We have no control over the contents of those websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Any reliance on third-party material is subject to that party's own terms and disclaimers.

You may link to the home page of this website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage or take advantage of our reputation. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists, and you must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

8. Website content and changes

We aim to update this website regularly and may change the content at any time. Legal and factual content is reviewed periodically, but the law of England and Wales changes, and content that was correct when written may become out of date. Any of the material on our website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

We do not warrant that the website is free from errors or omissions, or that use of it will be uninterrupted. This website is provided on an "as is" basis and your use of it is at your own risk.

9. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we, MB Legal Solicitors Ltd, and our respective directors, officers, employees and contributors, expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

We exclude liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, this website, including but not limited to:

  • loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, or loss of anticipated savings;
  • loss of data, loss of goodwill, or wasted management or office time;
  • any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this website;
  • any loss or damage arising from any act or omission taken, or not taken, because of something read on this website;
  • any loss or damage arising from the content, availability or security of a linked third-party website.

This applies whether the loss or damage is direct, indirect or consequential, and whether it arises in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, even if foreseeable or if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that the law does not permit to be excluded. Nor do these terms affect the statutory rights of a client of an SRA-regulated firm in respect of legal services actually provided to that client, or limit the regulatory protections that apply to those services.

Where you have instructed MB Legal Solicitors Ltd, the terms of your engagement — including any limitation of liability agreed in writing — govern the legal services provided to you, and not these website terms.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Injury Law Specialists and MB Legal Solicitors Ltd, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, against all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or in connection with any breach by you of these terms, or any claim made by a third party arising from your use of this website or from material you submit through it.

11. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the extent required, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these terms operates as a waiver of that right or remedy, and no single or partial exercise of any right or remedy prevents any further exercise of it.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms of use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, save that nothing in this clause affects any right you may have as a consumer to bring or defend proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you are domiciled, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Contact us

If you have any questions about these terms of use, or wish to report a problem with this website, please contact us:

[To be confirmed by the firm: if the firm has a registered company address that differs from the trading address above, or wishes to name a specific contact for website or contract queries, that should be inserted here.]
