How Our Content Is Written

Our articles are written to explain personal injury claims in England and Wales in plain English, for people who are dealing with a claim for the first time and do not necessarily know what to ask. They are general information, not advice about your own circumstances.

Plain English, not legal jargon

Terms of art are explained where they are unavoidable, and avoided where they are not. The purpose is to make the process understandable, not to demonstrate expertise.

Accurate and supportable

We do not publish compensation predictions, success rates, case results or testimonials. A law firm's advertising must be accurate and capable of being supported, so statements about outcomes are not made.

Real questions, answered properly

Subjects are drawn from what claimants actually ask, and each is dealt with in enough depth to be useful rather than skimmed in a few lines.

Reviewed and kept current

Content is reviewed periodically and updated where the law or the process changes, with the review date shown on published articles.

Other Resources

The blog is one of several resources. If you would rather read a direct answer to a question, or watch rather than read, these are the alternatives.
