About Us
About Injury Law Specialists
Injury Law Specialists is a personal injury law firm assisting claimants throughout England and Wales. We help people who have been injured in an accident that may have been caused by someone else’s negligence to understand whether they have a claim, and to pursue it where they do.
We have a particular interest in serious and complex injury claims — the cases where careful attention to rehabilitation, future care and long-term financial loss makes the greatest difference.
Who We Are
Injury Law Specialists is a marketing and advertising platform and is not a law firm or a provider of regulated legal services. All personal injury legal advice, casework and representation arranged through Injury Law Specialists are provided by MB Solicitors, a trading name of MB Legal Solicitors Ltd, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA ID 8000764.
That distinction is worth stating clearly rather than burying. Injury Law Specialists operates this website and receives the enquiries made through it. MB Solicitors is the regulated firm that provides the legal services. If your claim is taken on, the legal advice you receive, the conduct of your case and the responsibility for it rest with that firm.
A solicitor-client relationship with MB Legal Solicitors Ltd is created only when the firm confirms in writing that it will act for you and the terms of that engagement have been agreed. Submitting an enquiry does not create one, and it does not stop or extend any limitation period.

What We Do
We act for claimants — the people who have been injured, not the insurers or defendants on the other side. In practice that means:
How We Approach Claims
Four things that describe how this firm works with clients, in practical terms rather than as a statement of values.
The position, not the version that sounds best
A claim that is weak is a claim that is weak, and a client is better served by being told so early than by being encouraged. Where liability is disputed, where a limitation point is difficult, or where the evidence is thinner than it needs to be, that is part of the first conversation rather than something discovered later.
Explained in ordinary language
Liability, causation, general and special damages, contributory negligence, Conditional Fee Agreements — these are terms most people meet for the first time when they have a claim. They are explained rather than assumed, and you are not made to feel foolish for asking.
Informed rather than left waiting
Claims are slow, and the gaps between stages are when clients most often feel that nothing is happening. We aim to keep you informed at each significant stage and to tell you who is handling your claim and how to reach them.
Serious injury taken seriously
Where an injury has long-term consequences, the value of a claim often lies in the parts that are not immediately obvious — rehabilitation, future care, equipment, adaptations, reduced earning capacity and pension loss. Those need to be identified early and evidenced properly, not added at the end.
On experience and credentials. This page does not list awards, accreditations, panel memberships or case results, because we do not claim things we cannot evidence. The solicitors who act for our clients are named and verifiable on the team page, and that is a more useful form of assurance than a badge.
Where We Act for Clients
Injury Law Specialists can consider suitable personal injury claims from clients throughout England and Wales. We have one registered office, in Luton, and we do not claim to have offices anywhere else.
Most clients deal with us remotely, by telephone, email, WhatsApp and video call, and find that more convenient than travelling. Where a face-to-face meeting is genuinely needed, we can discuss the most convenient arrangement. Your location has no bearing on whether a claim can be taken on or on how it is assessed.
We act for claimants in towns and counties across both countries, and our Areas We Cover page shows the places we are asked about most. If your town is not listed, that makes no difference — we still cover the county it falls within.
About Us: Common Questions
What is Injury Law Specialists?
+
Injury Law Specialists is a marketing and advertising platform for personal injury legal services. It is not a law firm and does not itself provide regulated legal services. It helps people who have been injured in an accident to make an enquiry, and where a matter can be taken on, the legal work is carried out by MB Solicitors, a trading name of MB Legal Solicitors Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA ID 8000764.
Where is the firm based?
+
Injury Law Specialists has one registered office, at Unit 16, Titan Court, Laporte Way, Luton, England, LU4 8EF. We do not claim to have offices anywhere else, and we do not have branches in the towns and counties we serve. Cases are handled by telephone, email, WhatsApp and video call, which is how most clients prefer to deal with a solicitor, and where a face-to-face meeting is genuinely needed a client can be seen at a convenient location.
Who are the solicitors who act for clients?
+
They are named on our team page, with their roles, their individual SRA numbers and direct links to the Solicitors Regulation Authority register and the Law Society's Find a Solicitor. You can verify any of them independently rather than relying on what this site says. A practising certificate and a regulatory record can change, which is precisely why we link to the live register rather than restating it here.
What kinds of claim can the firm consider?
+
A broad range of personal injury claims, from relatively straightforward cases to serious and complex injury claims. We have a particular interest in cases involving significant injuries, surgery, rehabilitation, permanent symptoms or substantial financial losses. We do not automatically reject smaller injuries, and it is worth making an enquiry even where you suspect a claim may be modest. Whether a particular claim can be taken on depends on its circumstances, its evidence and when the accident happened.
Do you have a separate compliance and complaints process?
+
Yes. The firm has a formal complaints procedure: a concern can be raised with the person handling the claim and, if it is not resolved, with the client care partner, who is named on our team page. If it still cannot be resolved within the firm, it can be taken to the Legal Ombudsman. Our Complaints Procedure page sets out each stage and the timescales.
Why does the site talk about both Injury Law Specialists and MB Solicitors?
+
Because they are two different things, and the distinction matters. Injury Law Specialists operates this website and handles enquiries made through it. It is not a law firm. The legal advice, casework and representation are provided by MB Solicitors, which is the regulated firm responsible for the conduct of the case and for the advice given. A solicitor-client relationship is created only when MB Legal Solicitors Ltd confirms in writing that it will act for you and the terms of that engagement have been agreed.
